Irasshaima'se - Welcome! Since opening in 2003 Shira Nui has gained a cult following and it shows no signs of slowing down. The biggest question to ask yourself when dining at Shira Nui is do I dine at the omakase bar and watch chef and owner Hiro Nishikura dish up an exceptional Japanese sushi selection, or do I dine a la carte at a table where I’ll be treated to the usual suspects found at a fine Japanese restaurant?
