"Diner beware - if our evening was any guide, then this restaurant is a blight on the Sydney dining scene. There is no way that it deserves its current high rating.
First to the positives (which are few): the location is great, very close to the Harbour. The interior is minimalist but fresh and modern. The waitress, while very inexperienced by her own admission, was informative, cheerful and handled our complaint very well.
However, the food was below disappointing. My lamb fillet was tasteless and I ended up leaving most of it on the plate. However my wife's duck could only be described as raw, a description that the waitress agreed with. And duck fat chips, which in my view are normally crispy, must have been cooked in cold fat (not sure how the chef?? managed to do that!). And to top it all off, my wife developed a gastric bug later that night.
My advice - stay away."
