"Food was quite delicious with good sized servings. I would definitely come back for their lobster and prawn gnocchi which were light, fluffy and just overall mouthfuls of yumminess, just on a side note, the lobster was a little bit overdone though as it wasnt as tender as it could/should be. The spatchcock was juicy and tender and served with a side of roasted veges - also very lovely.
Although the salty caramel tart on the menu sounded delicious, we couldn't go past the sticky date pudding which was again - a good size, moist and again yum. If I were to make a trivial complaint though, we could have had just a wee bit more of the warm sauce around our pudding as it was just so moreish!
The service for the evening was mostly very good except for the fact that we had to prompt them for the bottle of wine we had ordered which seemed to have been forgotten at the start of our sitting.
The menu was expensive for restaurants in the Liverpool area however if you compare it to restaurants in the city and in the northern suburbs, it was well priced for the food and service that it offered so hubby and I were very happy with what we paid.
