Little kitchen, big flavours Cucinetta stands by its Italian name which translates as "little kitchen". The small and intimate restaurant offers a friendly, yet romantic ambience and diners are lulled by the gentle breeze blowing across the alfresco dining space which offers spectacular views of the Sydney city skyline. These guys are all about fresh produce and authenticity, and you can expect handmade pastas and super fresh (locally sourced) meat and veg - you can almost taste the love that’s gone into the the cooking. Some menu highlights include Tasmanian scallops baked in the half shell with borlotti beans, mixed herbs and breadcrumbs and the potato gnocchi and osso buco ragu with fresh oregano and shaved pecorino. So forget about take away pizza, take things to the next level with a trip to Cucinetta where all your Italian culinary dreams will come true. Best Dish: Vincenzo’s hand cut pasta with duck and porcini white wine ragout – pecorino.
