If you're in the mood for a bit of fancy, Bistro Moncur is the place to be. Attached to the ever popular Woollahra Hotel, Bistro Moncur is a hub of classic French bistro dining in a friendly and casual atmosphere. These velvety ribbons of jet black pasta were coated in a light and fragrant tomato based sauce. The subtle ocean taste of the squid worked well with the tomato adding an almost salty quality while not taking away from the sweet crab meat.
