Stevan Premutico - CEO & Founder

Stevan Premutico - CEO & Founder

Growing up in an Italian family in Sydney, Stevan spent every Sunday eating with family. Great food in great company became a big part of his life. Stevan naturally ended up in hospitality, and gained marketing experience across Sydney, London and New York. In 2005 he was responsible for the launch of the $400M Hilton Sydney including the iconic Glass Brasserie and the highly awarded Zeta bar. He was also responsible for a portfolio of 30 Hilton Hotels, restaurants, golf courses and day spas across the UK, launching the Doubletree by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn brands into the European market. He won the UK's coveted Young Hospitality Marketeer of the Year Award in 2007. Now he's back in Australia, pursuing his vision with Dimmi.

Marcus Crowley - General Manager

Marcus Crowley - General Manager

Marcus has run technology providers in Hong Kong and Sydney. In Hong Kong he headed up the award-winning web agencies Pacific Connections and Ion Global, and in Australia he ran hospitality hardware and software provider MICROS-Fidelio. His interests range from business automation and user experience design to parenthood and good food. Marcus earned his BA and LLB at the University of Melbourne.

Sean Smith - Head of Marketing

Sean Smith - Head of Marketing

Sean brings to Dimmi extensive experience in online marketing and digital media having recently held senior marketing roles at Orbitz Worldwide, a global online travel company, and Ticketek, Australia's largest ticketing and events marketing company. By night however he immerses himself in the internet where he doubles as a writer, blogger, published author and extreme kayaking advocate, and enjoys travelling the world exploring and paddling exotic places.

John Scott - Chief Technology Officer

John Scott - Chief Technology Officer

John has worked on technology projects ranging from power station design software to internet share trading for organisations across the utility and finance sectors. His most recent role was with a financial services startup that achieved outstanding success in its sector. Outside work he supports a major brain cancer research charity. John holds a BSc in pure mathematics from Sydney University.

Michael Nocella - National Business Development Manager

Michael was instantly drawn to Dimmi as it combined his extensive experience in owning and running restaurants with his passion for online. Having been involved with some innovative and cutting edge multi media production at Orion Media, Michael has seen the business grow from day 1. Responsible for a group of talented personnel across the country, Michael and his team seek to ad value to every restaurant, helping them to innovate and adapt to the demands of the modern day diner.

Simon Etchells - NSW Market Manager

Simon Etchells - NSW Market Manager

UK born and a founding team member of Dimmi, Simon is a passionate Manchester United fan and brings this passion to the Dimmi team. Simon has a strong hospitality and marketing background and was last found at O2 within the launch team of the Apple iPhone into the UK market. Simon has been in Australia for 4 years and can often be found in restaurants around the state enjoying fine food and wine.
