Growing up in an Italian family in Sydney, Stevan spent every
Sunday eating with family. Great food in great company became a big
part of his life. Stevan naturally ended up in hospitality, and
gained marketing experience across Sydney, London and New York. In
2005 he was responsible for the launch of the $400M Hilton Sydney
including the iconic Glass Brasserie and the highly awarded Zeta
bar. He was also responsible for a portfolio of 30 Hilton Hotels,
restaurants, golf courses and day spas across the UK, launching the
Doubletree by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn brands into the European
market. He won the UK's coveted Young Hospitality Marketeer of the
Year Award in 2007. Now he's back in Australia, pursuing his vision
with Dimmi.
